We are a fast-growing technology focused broker& adviser network and we are currently recruiting for IFA’s to join our network members around the Middle East & Africa region.  We are looking for people who is specialized in pension and investment advice for high net worth and high earnings expats living in the Middle East & Africa.
 
All of our associates in (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Africa) are highly professional people who pride themselves on taking good care of their clients and advisers.
 
Advisers applying for the role must believe in putting heir clients' interests first and favor regulated daily traded investment funds, that are suitable for retail investors held within suitable tax wrappers.
  • 2 years proven working experience as a Financial adviser or relevant experience, preferably if its Insurance.
  • Track record of successful insurance & financial guidance
  • Ability to analyze market's financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems

In Addition to two key differentiators:

  1.  5+ appointments with pre-qualified prospects will be provided every month. Around 1/3 of these appointments will lead to business within 2-3months of the initial appointment, plus some of the appointments that don’t result in business within 2-3 months, will lead to business over the medium-longer term.
  2.  Advisers can be geographically independent. Meetings take place with clients over the phone or by Skype, meaning advisers can be based in UAE, Lebanon, or divide their time between 2 countries.


Please note: This position is NOT for someone from the accounting /auditing or financial management profession. This is a client facing, sales and target driven profession. Please only apply if you have the required investment product sales experience in insurance and financial services. 4 CISI / CII or equivalent UK financial services qualifications is a requirement."

Candidates should be qualified with a solid career record and industry references. Applicants without these qualifications may be considered for a Trainee adviser role, with a view to gaining qualified status within 2 years.

Main responsibility is to design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new financial plans & insurance contracts 
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, fact finding calling, using referrals etc.
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
  • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
